  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 12 slices Bar-S Smoked Bacon, uncooked
  • 4 slices Bar-S Smoked Bacon, cooked and crumbled into bits
  • 4 slices of your favorite cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 1 large hot house tomato, sliced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) sweet pickle spears
  • 4 servings of your favorite condiments
  • 2 tbsp. seasoned salt

  3. Once preheated, grill the patties for 5-6 minutes on medium heat then flip; grill the other side for an additional 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add one slice of cheese about 1-2 minutes before the burgers are done; the internal temperature should be at least 160 F.
  5. Reheat the bacon for 1-2 minutes, only if necessary.
  6. Place one burger on each bun.
  7. Top off the burgers with 3 bacon slices, red onion, and 2-3 sweet pickle spears.
  8. Add your favorite condiments, then serve with potato salad, chips, or your favorite sides.
